At Mark & Mode, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently across Australia. Below are the details of our shipping services.  NO order cancellations or modifications are allowed after order has been placed.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, particularly for remote or regional areas.

Order Processing Time
Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-3 days to be processed and shipped from our warehouse in China.  Weekends and holidays are not business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Alternatively you can use our website to track order using your order number.


Note: The Tracking Page displays an update only when the order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been generated. If these conditions are not met, no information will be shown upon entering the order number or email.

Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. 


Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all countries as stated above based on order price. No code is required—this will be automatically applied at checkout.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through our website for real-time updates. Refer section Track Order.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your package is delayed or lost during transit, please contact us at customerservice@marknmode.com, and we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within Australia. Stay tuned as we work on expanding our shipping options to international destinations.
